Diners have a choice between the a la carte menu and the tasting menu.  Ingredients are fresh, seasonal and local. The menu changes regularly.

Who’s Cooking?

Jean Delport
Executive chef Jean Delport trained at Zevenwacht Chef School, where he won both the Patissier Award in 2007 and the Best Overall Student Award in 2008.  He has worked at top establishments including Rust en Vrede, Terroir, Cassia, Equus Dine at Cavalli and Killeen House Hotel in Ireland.

Jean only uses fresh, seasonal local ingredients.  The menus and dishes change regularly.

Jean strives for perfection.  He cites his influences as British Chef  Marco Pierre White, Swiss Chef Daniel Humm and local talent John Shuttleworth.
